"As John the Baptist was sent forth to forerun the first coming of Christ, you're sent forth with a message to forerun the second coming of Christ."

             


In June 1933 William Branham was baptizing converts in the Ohio River; the Pillar of Fire descended over him, and A VOICE spoke the above words, indicating that this man and his Message would "forerun" the Second Coming of Christ.
